Hammerschlagen (German for hammer strike, a nod to its Bavarian origins), is a Short Games classic. The task demands that teams flush their nail before the other team. This is a bar game, so champions will receive 10 points for their overall score. Teams switch off turns, males use one hand, females use two.

Hammerschlagen is a bar game so you can receive up to 10 points for your overall team score - The four challenges and the Bar games will be scored 1st place-10pts, 2nd place-8pts, 3rd place-7pts, 4th place-6pts, 5th place-5pts, 6th place-4pts, 7th place-3pts, 8th -place -2pts and any completion of the challenge will get 1 point

What if there is a dispute in the game?

All disputes will be handled be the commissioner, Will Short. He has final say, if he is involved in the game Mack Short will make the call

If you are female you can use two hands. Males can only use one hand. All players must play with the more difficult side of the hammer, not the main face
